It is National Drugs and Alcohol Facts Week (NDAFW)!
NDAFW is an annual, week-long health observance that inspires dialogue about the science of drug use and addiction among youth.
At Harrison Middle school, students had the opportunity to wear a pair of goggles that impairs their movement and slows down their thinking. They were able to see how being under the influence affects the ability to complete a simple obstacle course. We also provided students with planners and coloring books!
